CROCK-POT CHICKEN WITH RED POTATOES AND STRING BEANS

Today I wasn’t feeling so well. I have found that it is much easier to make a crock-pot dinner on days like this. This is one of my favorite dishes and it is so easy! It only has 5! Yes! 5! ingredients.

All you need is…

  • 3 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Bag of Red Potatoes
  • 2 Cans of String Beans
  • 4 tbsp of unsalted Butter
  • 1 packet of Zesty Italian seasoning

…AND it’s so easy to make

  1. Butter the inside of your crock-pot.
  2. Cut up potatoes
  3. Put Chicken in the center then put the string beans on one side and the potatoes on the other.
  4. Put the remaining butter and entire packet of seasoning on top.
  5. That’s it! You’re done!

Cook time: If your chicken is frozen you will need to cook the chicken on high for 6 hours. If you chicken is fresh it only takes about 4 hours on high.

This will make 3 servings!

If you don’t have a crock-pot you can make this in the oven. Just use this same recipe in a casserole dish. Cook at 350 for about 1-2 hours depending on if your chicken is frozen or not.

Crock-pot dinners are my absolute fav when I’m super busy or when I’m not feeling well.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!!!
